Milica is a youth worker, trainer, and activist dedicated to human rights and social justice. With an intersectional and transfeminist approach, she works with young people through local and international programs, helping them develop skills, confidence, and awareness of equality.

She is particularly engaged in working with marginalized youth, including the LGBTIQ+ community, and is certified by the Council of Europe as a “safe person” for creating supportive and affirming spaces. In her work, she combines participatory, experiential, and drama-art methods, using the creative process as a tool for collective learning, empathy, and personal transformation.

Her long-standing involvement in the civil sector enables her to develop programs and initiatives that promote inclusive practices and the political participation of young people, always with a strong focus on rights, equality, and social justice.
