Trainings represent one of the key processes in the development and improvement of knowledge and skills of different social groups. They offer the opportunity to individuals, groups and organizations to acquire new competences, become aware of virtues and weaknesses, but also to realize their potential.
In the Association Kulturanova we distinguish between coaching and workshop work. Our methodology is based on the experience, knowledge and acquired skills that our trainers have. First of all, our trainers went through the so-called TTT, i.e. "Train the Trainer" trainings, where they themselves learned how to be trainers, how to realize the potential, growth and development of individuals and groups. It is not enough for someone to be an expert in a certain field in order to be a trainer, it is necessary to know how to lead a group. Second, our work is based on the achievement of two goals: process and product, where through various methods and methodologies we achieve both a quality process and a product.
We offer a wide range of training services, tailored to your needs and goals. Depending on the area, some of our experts in different areas will work with you. Some of them are media and media-information literacy, art and culture, business, interpersonal relations, human rights, development of critical thinking and creativity, team building.
