Kulturanova Association organized the FeeLMS for Creativity training during which shared experience and knowledge with four other organizations and thirty cultural workers who work with youth from Hungary, Italy, Croatia, and Serbia.
The training is one of the seventeen projects approved within the European Union's Erasmus+ program. The training lasted from September 1-7 2017.
The training included sharing relevant experience and generating new ideas, which resulted in opening up new possibilities of collaboration between organizations that had participated in this highly important project. Thus, a large online platform was developed where creatives can share their experience and discuss new ideas with fellow workers from different countries. After the training, the skills acquired during the training will be used locally.
The participants are expected to continue the training in Ancona (Italy), as well as to implement new ideas with artists, cultural and youth workers from participating countries. We believe that we represented Kulturanova Association properly, especially our creative approach to working with young people, which we also believe we will be further developed by this project.
The partner organizations that will continue sharing examples of good practice and experiences in working with young people adopting innovative strategies through and creative industries, are Cinema City Association from Serbia, Sineglossa from Italy, Udruga Domino from Croatia, Pro Progressione from Hungary, and Kulturanova from Serbia. Many experts will also participate in the project and will have an opportunity to share their experiences and improve their skills. The project will run for eighteen months, starting in March 2017 until September 2018.
