Project “Oral histories”, developed in cooperation with Center for Democratic Development Europolis, Centre for regionalism (both from Novi Sad) and Oral History Initiative Kosova (from Pristina), promotes the role of youth in shrinking the socio-ethnic distance among ethnic communities in Serbia and Kosovo and increasing the level of mutual understanding by exposing their personal stories.
The project is composed of: Capacity building activities, Research on perceptions and attitudes of youth from Serbia and Kosovo about the socio-cultural consequences of the war past, an Artistic lab (where young playwrights will create new plays based on collected stories) and a final conference/round table.
The project is supported by the National Endowment for Democracy - NED.
