We encourage all artists to apply for the participation in the Western Balkan Creative Clash (WBCC) project
which aims to promote the collaboration between artists and businesses in overcoming challenges and problems that organizations, institutions, and companies encounter. This method is known as an artistic intervention in organizations (AIO).
Why artists?
Artists are trained to create new ideas that transcend routines and thus build a space for a new way of thinking and acting. This process finally results in emotions, which prompt us to act. The methodology used in AIO truly stimulates innovative thinking and a change of perspective whereby ensuring positive results in organization empowerment.
Who can apply?
The project is open to artists of all artistic backgrounds in Novi Sad, regardless of their age.
What does the selection process entail?
Selected artists will be invited to the training in Macedonia, AIO Academy, that will take place in Ohrid from April 24-28. The artists will gain specific knowledge about the AIO method. The lectures will be held by TILLT organization from Sweden, followed by the implementation of interventions. The method was developed by TILLT, which has been using it successfully for years. Kulturanova Association has already chosen three organizations/companies where artistic interventions will be carried out, as well as started with identifying their problems/challenges as the topic of interventions. The process of interventions is expected to last for a month. In addition to receiving the materials necessary for implementing the intervention, the artists will also be compensated for their engagement.
