Within the last decades and increasingly today, at a post-pandemic time confronting us with climate change and, more recently, war knocking on Europe’s door, younger generations have more reasons to feel under pressure than ever before. They live in a continuous state of emergency, a general agony. For many young people, the concern is largely driven by media coverage, which conveys a particularly alarming climate, fear and anger.
Project Live On! questions: how do we rethink the notion of being human, and of living together, on this European territory? How to foster intercultural comprehension and a relationship of trust in order to engage young people to participate, build and invest in their own future? How to propel in the future in order to better act on it? How to invite young people to seize the media, creating a safe space to reverse their impact and stimulate more positive stories?
